Due Process Never Exercised

Last month, there was a huge commotion in the entire major newspapers in the Philippines. And if you're thinking about the fiasco created by the Presidential sister Kris Aquino alias KriSTD or KrisTULO, then you're absolutely wrong and have been conditioned if not lead to believe she is the attention grabber of national interest.

For a minute let's talk about this whore. Whenever I click for the yahoo news and check to see what's going on the link about my beloved country, KriSTD is still much in the headline news, excessively competing what had happened here in Boston. I'm quite dismayed about the trend being fed to my fellow countrymen. It's a gimmick. A strategy to divert the minds of Filipinos and bury the more important issues like Spratlys, Sabah's or even the criticism that Dela Idiot Aquino is currently under fire from because of his mishandling of the Sabah issue and deciding to campaign for his mindless minions instead. And one last note for KriSTD: stop making a mountain out of a mole hill simply because you're going to take a break from your one sided, same audience showbiz career and concentrate on your children. Let me tell you, whore (if you don't mind me calling you a whore), that here in the States, a lot of better and well-deserve title of a lady works harder than your dumb ass but still can manage to work and take care of their wonderful children. And they never make a fuss about it.

Now that being said, let's get on to MORE important matters. Last month, it was all in the news when a senior immigration officer from BID got suspended when they've overlooked the Korean fugitive Park Sung-jung to leave the Philippines last March 19, 2013 and later the BID chief recommends a summary dismissal for the erring immigration officer. Just in case you did not catch the name of the suspended officer, her name is Ma. Roselle Sacendoncillo.

Now, the question is "Sino'ng maysala?" Who's to blame with all the irregularities, neglect of duty or gross negligence or the most famous line who's responsible in the chain of command?

Ang sabi ng aking source, senior immigration officer Sacendoncillo is a Waray and kababayan niya. My source and the alleged erring officer (take note I used the word alleged because the charges has NOT been proven yet) are both Warays and were both hired by the BID during GMA's time. The former BID chief Marcelino Libanan is also a waray and co-province mates of Sacendoncillo. Unfortunately, Libanan is an identified close and loyal ally of GMA.

On February 8, 2012, the Korean embassy has written to BID addressed care of to chief intelligence division Atty. Ma. Antonette Bucasas-Mangrobang asking for arrest and deportation of Park. There is a law for all government agencies that they are REQUIRED to respond within 14 days upon receipt of such letter. Pero hulaan ninyo kung ano ang nangyari. Yes, tama ka, kabayan! The letter was left unanswered because IT WAS LOST IN THE BUREAUCRATIC MAZE. Hirap palang magsulat ng liham sa mga ito dahil mawawalan lang ng saysay. Kung ganon, hindi katakataka ang nangyari sa sulat ni Sultan Kiram.

So, napilitan ang mga Koreano na ulitin ang sulat nila and it was sent on March 23, 2012. And here's the funny part: Park was able to secure a 1 month extension to stay in the Philippines and even managed to secure an ACR (alien certificate of registration) valid until January 30, 2013. At hindi lang iyon! Park also got a working permit from the head BID chief Ricardo David Jr. on July 12, 2012 kasabay ng pag-order ng mokong na ideport si Park pabalik sa Korea? But how the hell could that be possible? Ano'ng nangyari? APPROVED ang work permit at the same time meron deportation order? I'm not sure how these Yellowtard follower does his job but I already smell incompetence.

Bakit sabi nyo? Simply because the final signatory of all documents is signed by Ricardo David Jr. So he signed the work permit of Park without THOROUGHLY running a deep background check on the applicant. Wala ba silang fingerprint record ng alien na ito? Wala din ba silang mga digital copies ng mukha ni Park? Birthcertificate, birthmarks or any other phsyical identification to distinguish him from the rest of the Koreans who have the same name?

Here in the States, the moment you enter the room, they already have ALL your records. So if anyone who can get away with fraud and falsification, I'm telling you those are not cheap and they're not amateurs.

So I think Showbiz Government has a point when they've posted a picture in FB about the wife of Ryan Castillo who is promoted immediately to immigration officer without even knowing the nature of her job. Iba talaga nagagawa ng malapit sa kusina ano? Si Chiz Escudero ba naman ang backer e talagang pasok na pasok iyon. Musta ang scotch on the rocks, pareng Chiz? Easy ka lang at baka sumalampak ka na naman sa hindi mo bahay. Manners my friend. Manners.

In short, ang inaatupag ng chief ng BID ay ang magpasok ng mga bagong empleyado kahit na meron election ban. So much for sobriety. Sila ang nakapwesto kaya ganyan mga iyan. 

From the vantage point of my source and for the sake of officer Sacendoncillo, the reason why Park got on board a plane on March 19, 2013 is that there were NO BLACKLIST, HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS registered in their system. There were also NO WRITTEN ORDERS coming from the BID chief RICARDO DAVID himself. Much worse, there is NO PICTURE of PARK SUNG-JUN. Aba, kahit sino siguro na magaling na tao kung wala kang pwedeng mapagkilanlan doon sa koreano e pano mo mahaharang?

In short, the incompetence and negligence of Mangrobang and David is simply diverted to Sacendoncillo. 

Parang wait muna tayo ha, pag merong nagkamali lalo na kapag pasok noong NAGDAANG ADMINISTRASYON, ilaglag natin at kasuhan natin ng connivance, negligence, at iba pang administrative case na pwede nating maisampa.

Ganon ba iyon, Mangrobang at David? Ang galing ng fail safe mechanism nyo ha. It's better to catch them in the act so it can save you time and energy and come out as the heroes who arrested the "erring" officer(s).

I wonder what the Filipinos who voted for this president feels that the country is going haywire?

David by the way, despite for the clamor that he should resign, refuses. Kasi, hindi pa raw napapatunayan na me kasalanan siya. But he already issued a recommendation to DISMISS Roselle Sacendoncillo and terminate her from service. Ayon sa batas, bago magawa iyan e kailangan dumaan ka muna sa DUE PROCESS. Kung hindi naiintindihan ni David at Mangrobang ang DUE PROCESS ay ganito kasimple iyon. EVERYONE deserves and has the right to have their day in court and until proven guilty, they should be presumed innocent. E kaso, nagpa-press release na kaagad-agad kayo na nagkamali at corrupt si Sacendoncillo kaya trial publicity agad ang nangyari at nacondemn na agad yung tao.

So, are you still going to vote for the entire LIBERAL PARTY? 12-0 pa rin ba kayo? Pag ginawa nyo iyan, tapos kayong lahat! Wala na ang pipigil sa lahat ng gustuhin ng ABNORMAL nyong presidente. Supreme court nga e kung ano sabihin nung NGANGANG mama e sunod agad agad.
