Corruption at the Bureau of Immigration: Let's Meet the Players

In the spirit of Benigno Simeon BS Aquino III's eerie habit, we decided to follow his tradition of opening all his public statements HIS way. And that my friends is his well tested, fully oiled opening statements or reason that whenever he decided on something stupendously important, he never forgets to include this line: "there is a CLAMOR..."
Unfortunately, none of us here in PGUS can exactly mimic his habitual mannerism of mouth agape. So, this can only prove one thing: the man is a natural talent of unwittingly exposing his vacuous head whenever confronted with a tough decision or even simply going about of doing his directionless life.
Okay, going back to tradition, our email is full of requests coming from one of readers/followers of our humble page, namely the Philippine Government Under Scrutiny (PGUS). There is a CLAMOR that openly requests the expose of their current Commissioner Ricardo David, Jr. Apparently, the employees are not happy on how the dimwitted David is running the bureau.
Further, it is interesting to note how DKM's information directly parallels the claims of our readers who made the said requests. This clearly indicates that DKM's testimony has a +/- accuracy of 89%.

Corruption is very difficult to prove and can be easily manipulated because of cash money only being accepted and always through a middle man, so that it is impossible to catch them in the act. The following content is based on circumstantial evidence, verbal testimony and unwritten common practice, we will let you make your own determination.

• The tool they use to take you into custody is a Mission order (valid for 7 days only), usually with no date on it, is issued to verify your passport and visa documents, basically this is a means to arrest and detain you. When they do arrest you, they will stamp a date on another Mission order, so that the effective date is not expired. Even though your documents are all verified, you will be held for several months to years until extortion money is paid
• The weapon that immigration officials use is arbitrary detention, illegally detaining long past the due process time frames set by the Supreme Court; decisions by the commissioner and associate commissioners, by law is 30 days, cases are being held for several months to years until extortion money is paid!
• Immigration officials are coordinating with police and court officials to obtain foreigners case information, if it is a criminal case and a bail is posted, immigration officials will immediately take the foreigner into custody as soon as bail is posted, even though there is no visa or immigration violation!
• Vital Motions to Quash, Motions for reconsideration, Motion for bail, Motions for voluntary deportation will be either “lost, misplaced or missing”, even though they were received and stamped by the Bureau of Immigration, thus delaying the response time in order to pressure into paying extortion money.
• There are numerous cases of people with minor visa violations such as over-stay or undocumented. Instead of the detainee being given the opportunity to correct this violation by paying the penalty and updating the Visa or securing documentation from their respective Embassies, the Bureau detains them and forces deportation and black-listing of the detainee. Most have to pay to be deported, 150,000 – 2,000,000 Philippine Pesos, then again they will have to pay to be removed from blacklist to be able to return, 150,000 – 300,000 Philippine Pesos.
• Detainees who do not have legal representation or can’t afford it are left to suffer without legal counsel in violation of their rights and International law, basically, if you do not have money to pay bribes, you do not get out!
• Most Immigration lawyers who represent detainees are molded into being middle men for fixing these extortion deals, they have the direct contact with the hearing officers and associate commissioners to broker the deal, of course they also get a piece of the action.
• There are many other cases where detainees face minor penal code violation charges, have been granted their liberty by the Philippine Courts and now the Bureau detains them, even if they have no immigration violations.  There is little to no opportunity to bail and deal with their cases, despite the Courts granting their provisional liberty due to the minor nature of the penal code violation they are facing. To get bail from immigration is 50,000 Philippine pesos but the under table processing fee is between 150,000 – 300,000 Philippine pesos.
• The issue is you have long term detainees who are refused bail or other non-custodial measures are not deported nor released, but arbitrarily detained indefinitely at the whim of the fourth floor legal department and the Commissioner. Only if they pay extortion money are they released.
• In the rare instances where bail is granted, it is common knowledge amongst detainees and immigration lawyers that it was due to extortion money being paid, usually between 150,000 – 300,000 Philippine Pesos, detainees who are eligible to leave and have all clearances are similarly held indefinitely and either extorted for money or those that do not have it are simply left  detained indefinitely.

The legal department of immigration which also includes arresting officers formerly headed by Armello De Castro, now under the supervision of Eric Dimaculangan have formed a well run extortion machine in order to intimidate foreigners into paying release money by imprisoning them at Bicutan detention center. No matter what travel documents you provide, the arresting officers will take you into custody, they will stick you in a detention center with criminals, and others like yourself. They will take you to a preliminary hearing, where your fate has been decided and stick you back in the detention center until you pay extortion money to the hearing officers and commissioners to either release you on bail, release or deport you. This is the system at Immigration

It's very obvious that corruption is normal procedure at immigration, DOJ and the office of the President should clean out the whole 4th floor legal department, they have no idea about due process or the laws set forth by the Supreme Court to regulate procedures. Bicutan detention center is the best way to get information about the illegal activities of immigration, it is well known from the detainees, guards and staff.

Brillantes Empty Threat and the Journalism Blunder of Phil. Inquirer: A Closer Look

When it comes to political stunts created either by the incumbent president and his yellow cabinet staff, this current administration is generously exuberant. It's like their position of power gives them an automatic integrity that whatever they say or do should be believed in by the Filipino public without question.

Too bad for the yellow dogs like Sixto Brillantes, Jr. the current Comelec Commissioner, this is the age of information. Virtually everyone and anyone has the power to know and that capacity lies right under their fingertips and with just one soft click from the mouse, the needed information is in their screens within a nanosecond. 

His threat to resign after losing a number of consecutive times against the Supreme Court is a classic tale of Zarsuela or Moro-moro. And take note, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what his idiotic scheme really is.

Idiotic move as always. 

Simply put, even if these fools try to paint themselves they're fighting for the Filipino people and eventually losing every bid against the SC, it doesn't give Brillantes and his yes-nodding goons some pogi points. It does them more damage than good. First, how can a Comelec Commissioner be always be outranked by the Supreme Court? Doesn't he have the balls to make a firm statement and put his foot down and finally declare in his most threatening voice "enough is enough and this is my final decision?"

Second, since the Supreme Court always overrules Brillantes that should give the Filipinos a clear picture that the justices, especially Thief Justice Sereno, is in the helm and therefore adamantly exercises her puppet power to manipulate and even influence the ruling against the so called Comelec regulations. Whether they know it or not, this is the unspoken language they're trying to communicate to the public consciousness. 

Saka isa pa. Bakit kailangan ang Supreme Court ang me final say? Meron bang humihingi ng apela sa kanila?

Tsk. These yellow dogs are really trying to make the Filipino people as idiot as their leader.

The empty threat that Brillantes openly said in public is not heartfelt to say the least and shouldn't be taken seriously. It is insincere as well as incompetent like his track record on running the Comelec. He says the number one violators of Comelec rules and regulations are Hontiveros and BUMnoy Aquino but did he do anything? Have you heard in the news or even seen it on TV that he's doing something about to stop these lesser idiots? Nope. I don't think so.

This is a diversionary tactic. Just like the moves or fiasco created by Kris Aquino, commonly known as KrisTULO or KriSTD or the lesser known alias KriSIS Aquino to intentionally divert the public's attention to a more juicy news in the form of chizmis. However, Brillantes totally lacks creativity on his part, modestly speaking. Bluntly, he lacks originality. If he really wants to resign and feels that ABNO IDIOT is no longer has his confidence, he should resign. IMMEDIATELY.

Wala nang palabok or hele-hele. Derecho agad resign. Just type your letter, sign it and leave it on your desk or better still, hand deliver it to your nincompoop president. Marami ng gumawa ng mga empty threats na iyan gaya nina Sec. Del Rosario, Ruffy Biazon at si Rico Puno. Kunwari ka lang naman na magreresign kasi gusto mo lang ipakita sa tao na kunwari tutol ka sa mga palakad ng gobyerno o ng Supreme Court pero ang tutoo, tameme ka. Para ka lang boy na kargador sa bodega na pag sinabi ng boss e  tatango ka lang na kulang na lang e matanggal yang ulo mo. 

Ano kamo, bakit ka naman magreresign? Kita mo na, hindi ka talaga seryoso sa banta mo kasi sayang ang kick back o mga under the table na business ano? Sayang nga naman din ang natatanggap mong ambon mula sa pork barrel. Sabi nga ng isang tauhan mo na in-email ako ay only a fool would look away from the shining bright light of money. 

Tsk tsk. Dapat nag-iingat na kayo e. Hindi nyo ba nahahalata, kahit sarili nyong mga tauhan at malalapit pa sa inyo e ipinagkakanulo na kayo dahil kahit sila ay hindi na sang-ayon sa mga pinag-gagawa ninyo? Saan ko naman makukuha ang mga impormasyon na ito kundi sa mga tauhan din ninyo? 

Pero sabi nga ng mga magagaling na journalist: they do not disclose their sources' names in the interest of protecting them and safeguarding the safety.

Magawi naman tayo sa mga magagaling na tagapaghatid ng balita sa mamamayang Filipino. 

I am completely awe with the hardworking men and women that composes the Philippine Daily Inquirer. We should salute them for their dedication and utmost sincerity of delivering honest news to the public. 

Biruin mo, nagpublish sila ng issue ng TIME magazine and congratulating their god ABNOY and even published alongside the picture the sincere comment of ABNOY.

Okay, maganda kasi ang nagawa ng Phil. Inquirer sa pagkakataong ito. Sasabihin ko ito sa tagalog para maunawaan ng lahat ng Filipino. Kung magagawa nyo itong isalin sa dialect ng Ilocano, Bisaya, Waray, Bicolano, Cebuano, Muslim o dili kaya sa German, Dutch, French, English, Spanish, Hebrew, etc. mas maganda para mas lalong mas marami ang makaalam ng kagalingan ng staff ng Phil. Inquirer.  

Akalain mo, pinablish nila ang larawan ng TIME magazine ng hindi man lang bine-verify kung tutoo ito o hindi. Basta na lang nila itong pinablish nung makita nila ito na kumakalat sa internet. O kaya naman ay nagbigay ng tip itong si Ryan Castillo sa kanyang kapwa zombie. Ganito siguro ang ginawa ni Pareng Ryan na ang asawa ay naipasok agad sa BID kahit walang alam at proper training dahil kay kakosang Chiz Escudero:

Naglabas na naman ang page ni ganito sa FB dahil naiinggit ang mga hangal na ito kay presidente de ABNO. Nagpuputok ang kanilang mga butse dahil hinirang siya ng TIME magazine. 

Siguro me sumagot na isa pang bobong tulad niya na hindi ginagamit ang utak at ang sabi ay: Sige ipalagay natin sa Phil. Inquirer para pare-pareho tayong bumango lalo at lalo silang mainis.

Kaya ayyuuunnnn. Hindi na binerify pa ang impormasyon at kumalat sa buong Pilipinas ang kagaguhan nila mula Aparri hanggang Jolo.

Ano ang maganda dito?

Naipakita ng Philippine Daily Inquirer na BIAS sila, HINDI SILA MARUNONG MAG-VERIFY NG KATOTOHANAN, kahit WALANG DATA ay agad silang naglalabas ng balita at higit sa lahat NABULGAR ANG TUNAY NA HANGARIN AT MOTIBO NG DYARYONG ITO.

At ang motibo nito ay MALINLANG ng kaalaman ng PUBLIKO. 

In a way, parang nakita nyo na rin kung bakit walang saysay ang mga survey na inilalabas ng SWS at Fulse Asia.

Ruffy Biazon: Customs Commissioner Under the Microscope

A few days ago, the Bureau of Customs has been under public scrutiny on the alleged involvement or lack thereof of any actions to curtail the oil smuggling that plagues the Bureau. The rampant smuggling of oil deprives the Philippine government at least P30 billion in revenues per year, which leads to seriously affecting the local industries and for many workers to lose their jobs.

That P30 billion is only a conservative estimate coming from one of my source in the Bureau of Customs because as he had bluntly had put it, the real cost could reach up to P50 billion a year because the oil smugglers are just coming in like flies and definitely wouldn't declare how much they have stolen, and to make matters worse, Biazon wouldn't declare the true cost of oil that had been smuggled.

After a few days, the prophesized ABNONG IDIOT president Noynoying Aquino that would end poverty does his best of ineptitude by proposing the Bureau of Customs to be privatized to permanently stop the smuggling business that besiege the agency. And without aforethought, Biazon second in and concurred with this proposal of his boss like a loyal ass kisser.

Bakit ganito ang mga pangyayari sa loob ng Bureau of Customs at ganoon na lang ang naging mabilis na desisyon ng traydor na pangulo ng bansa na i-privatize ang ahensya?

Ganito kasi iyan. Ayon sa aking source sa loob ng BoC, pag naging private company na ang Customs e libre nang makagagalaw ang lahat ng alipores ni Aquino sa loob at mawawalan na ng obligasyon na magpahayag sa publiko. In other words, how they choose to run the agency is no longer the concern of the enduring public. Mahihirapan na ang taumbayan na malaman pa kung ano ang nangyayari sa loob at pwede ka na rin nilang idismiss because they have the right for their own privacy.

Siguro naman alam ninyo na ang mga Lopez's owned companies like Meralco cannot be put under public scrutiny because of the existing laws in the constitution that protects their privacy. Kita na ninyo kung gaano kabaluktot ang motibo ng ABNONG IDIOT na pangulo ng Pilipinas?

At sabi ng aking source, if you carefully study the moves of ABNONG IDIOT, you will have a clear glimpse of his master plan that after 30 years even when he is no longer the president of the Philippines, he still has CONTROL over the entire nation because of political appointees and allies. In short, patuloy pa rin maghihirap ang bansa at ang mga Filipino samantalang ang kanilang angkan ay patuloy na magtatamasa ng ginhawa at kasaganaan.

Ngayon kahit na sino ang iboto nyo from May 13, 2013 elections or to the 2016 elections or even the 2022, 2028 and the 2034 elections wala na kayong magagawa kundi ang magtiis at mangarap na sana iba na ang maging pangulo ng bansa pero komo me kamay pa rin dyan ang ABNO, patay kang bata ka! Kaya iboto pa rin ninyo ng 12-0 ang Liberal Party para tuluyan nang maghirap at mabaon sa kahirapan ang Pilipinas.

What is the role of Ruffy Biazon among this chaos? Well, as Sen. Lasenggong Chiz Escudero said the only possible reason of smuggling syndicates to prosper is that smugglers do it with collusion with some customs insiders.

Ayos pala talaga ang epekto ng alak kay pareng Chiz ano? Tumatakbo ng maayos ang kanyang utak pag me tama ng alak. Sige ipagtuloy mo ang pag-inom at pag-umuwi ako diyan ngayong Nobyembre ay bibigyan kita ng 2 bote ng Chivas Regal. Ayaw daw niya ng mamahaling alak at hindi daw siya nakakatayo na sa upuan para sumalampak sa ibang bahay.

But on closer inspection, this comment of Chiz Escudero only brings us to a more sinister grand plan. It encourages and cements the already cliche tactics of blame game and diverts the blame towards the usual victims of politics wherein usually the victims here are the employees of the government who has no connections or simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you no have no political connections at the Yellowtard government, your career is finished and you can no longer apply to another government agency and all your benefits revoked.

Wala ka ng trabaho, gutom pa pamilya mo, me kaso ka pa! Tara na at tahakin natin ang tuwid na daan.

For all of the Filipinos in the Philippines who are constantly fed with yellow propaganda pills, this is the true agenda of ABNO de AQUINO and Ruffy Biazon.

Biazon is a political appointee and close ally of Benidiot Aquino and regardless of what he does or does not, he will remain as Customs commissioner until 2016. He lacks the necessary credentials to firmly run the agency properly and the only reason he was handpicked by ABNO is simply because he is the son of Rodolfo Biazon which the Cory government considers a hero.

Another evidence of KKK (Kabarilan, Kakampi at Kamag-anak) that is running rampant in the Philippine government. Ruffy Biazon, according to the employees under his command in the Bureau of Customs says he jogs in a daily routine every morning before he goes to work at the Customs. Lagi na lang itong nagja-jogging dahil figure conscious daw ito at nakakahiya naman kung malalagpasan pa niya ang tiyan ng ibang officers ng Customs na macho ang kanilang mga abs. Day in day out kung mag-jogging si Ruffy at parang wala na raw itong inaatupag kundi ang pagja-jogging.

Then once the Customs becomes private, all permanent employees of the Bureau of Customs will be considered resign and they will have to RE-APPLY for their current position. E, paano kung wala ka ngang backer na katulad ni Chiz Escudero o Ryan Castillo, di hindi ka na makakapasok pa uli sa ahensya? Many would lose their jobs in this plan of ABNONG IDIOT and Ruffy Biazon and they have the audacity to say that unemployment rates continues to decline from 2010 up to the present. And take note, the oil smuggling has been ongoing since 2009 (daw) up until now and still no one from Benidiot or Ruffy Biazon had come up with a solution to stop and prevent its proliferation.

Ituloy nyo ang 12-0 votes para sa Liberal Party so the Philippines would be the WORST COUNTRY IN SOUTH EAST ASIA. Wala na ang PERLAS sa Silangan. Cojuanco-Aquino sa Silangan na ang itatawag sa Pilipinas.

The Lies of History

We all know that Emilio Aguinaldo is the first official traitor and Machiavellian epitome of a man fueled by greed and politics. He made a sarsuela charges against Andres Bonifacio that marred the man with treason, demonic worship and conspiracy.

Why? Because he couldn't bear to see that a simple commoner from the poor class had managed to round up and unite the Pilipinos against the Spanish tyranny. He is a general of course, how come he lacked the natural charm of a leader that springs naturally in Bonifacio?

We all know that. And we shouldn't follow the writings and studies of the ignorant Zaide. Like the contemporary write ups that besets our schools today, Zaide follows  the brainwashing techniques that are firmly enforced by the Aquino administration against Marcos. These guys are quite stupid to the highest degree.

Now, let us go back to another lie that has been proliferating by some Masons (ignorant, brainwashed or simply the type who cannot think for themselves).

ANDRES BONIFACIO is NOT a MASON.

During his time, the masonry is restricted ONLY to the upper class. Bonifacio is, as we all know, is a commoner and in the class of the poor. Adding to this fact is that Jose Rizal and Andres Bonifacio never had the chance to speak to one another even when the former was imprisoned in intramuros. In La Liga Filipina, if ever they did managed to mingle with one another, that would be a simple pleasantry of saying hi or hello and went on with the discussions of the group's mission and vision. More importantly, Rizal spent most of his lifetime in Europe while Bonifacio was busy making ends meet for his family and his siblings. He was most of the time in Tondo, Manila.

Second, the Lodge 199 was established in 1974, in HONOR of the great warrior ANDRES BONIFACIO. Therefore, this lodge was created as a form of TRIBUTE to his virtues and deeds. It IS NOT his lodge where he is member. We can understand the motive of some masons (especially in the Philippines) that in order to gain more members, they use as a form of mind control and brainwashing whoever idolizes Bonifacio to become a new recruit or neophyte. 

Third and the most important fact, we only have ONE certified true copy of Bonifacio's photo. When we google the father of Philippine Revolution for his images, only one photo will pop up. By only one, I meant that true black and white photograph of Bonifacio and the rest would be his statues, sketches that were used for the print out of the first money of the Philippines, statues, monuments and landmarks named after him. The photograph used in the Masonic lodge in Ermita, Manila, well, that is the FIRST version of PHOTOSHOP. It shows Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio and the rest of the Philippine heroes of that era. Then these guys would defend Bonifacio is a mason and that photograph is authentic and the only reason in never became public because it IS a SECRET society of the masons. Yeah, right. Tell that to ABNO AQUINO. Maybe he would believe you. 

Now, how about Emilio Aguinaldo? Was he a mason? YES. Because he possessed the same characteristics of modern day masons like Tito Sotto and Ricardo David (BID chief) and the whistle blower general who pointed his finger at Angelo Reyes. They are brainless, charmless, motivated by power and greed and nothing much to show for except for those fancy awards and useless decorations in their suits. When they talk, it usually begins with (though not openly said), "you must follow, believe, obey, trust, never question me because I'm a senator, general, BID chief, etc. and therefore anything I say is true and just." Right. That's the mason way for these losers.

A true mason are not like those described above. But nowadays, how can you tell? The masons in the Philippines are tainted with politics that's why they joined the brotherhood in the first place. It is a POLITICAL ACCOMODATION.

Come to think of it, Bonifacio's only goal was to free the Philippines from Spanish tyranny. If he became leader of the revolution and had become president, that was only a by-product of his actions.

Due Process Never Exercised

Last month, there was a huge commotion in the entire major newspapers in the Philippines. And if you're thinking about the fiasco created by the Presidential sister Kris Aquino alias KriSTD or KrisTULO, then you're absolutely wrong and have been conditioned if not lead to believe she is the attention grabber of national interest.

For a minute let's talk about this whore. Whenever I click for the yahoo news and check to see what's going on the link about my beloved country, KriSTD is still much in the headline news, excessively competing what had happened here in Boston. I'm quite dismayed about the trend being fed to my fellow countrymen. It's a gimmick. A strategy to divert the minds of Filipinos and bury the more important issues like Spratlys, Sabah's or even the criticism that Dela Idiot Aquino is currently under fire from because of his mishandling of the Sabah issue and deciding to campaign for his mindless minions instead. And one last note for KriSTD: stop making a mountain out of a mole hill simply because you're going to take a break from your one sided, same audience showbiz career and concentrate on your children. Let me tell you, whore (if you don't mind me calling you a whore), that here in the States, a lot of better and well-deserve title of a lady works harder than your dumb ass but still can manage to work and take care of their wonderful children. And they never make a fuss about it.

Now that being said, let's get on to MORE important matters. Last month, it was all in the news when a senior immigration officer from BID got suspended when they've overlooked the Korean fugitive Park Sung-jung to leave the Philippines last March 19, 2013 and later the BID chief recommends a summary dismissal for the erring immigration officer. Just in case you did not catch the name of the suspended officer, her name is Ma. Roselle Sacendoncillo.

Now, the question is "Sino'ng maysala?" Who's to blame with all the irregularities, neglect of duty or gross negligence or the most famous line who's responsible in the chain of command?

Ang sabi ng aking source, senior immigration officer Sacendoncillo is a Waray and kababayan niya. My source and the alleged erring officer (take note I used the word alleged because the charges has NOT been proven yet) are both Warays and were both hired by the BID during GMA's time. The former BID chief Marcelino Libanan is also a waray and co-province mates of Sacendoncillo. Unfortunately, Libanan is an identified close and loyal ally of GMA.

On February 8, 2012, the Korean embassy has written to BID addressed care of to chief intelligence division Atty. Ma. Antonette Bucasas-Mangrobang asking for arrest and deportation of Park. There is a law for all government agencies that they are REQUIRED to respond within 14 days upon receipt of such letter. Pero hulaan ninyo kung ano ang nangyari. Yes, tama ka, kabayan! The letter was left unanswered because IT WAS LOST IN THE BUREAUCRATIC MAZE. Hirap palang magsulat ng liham sa mga ito dahil mawawalan lang ng saysay. Kung ganon, hindi katakataka ang nangyari sa sulat ni Sultan Kiram.

So, napilitan ang mga Koreano na ulitin ang sulat nila and it was sent on March 23, 2012. And here's the funny part: Park was able to secure a 1 month extension to stay in the Philippines and even managed to secure an ACR (alien certificate of registration) valid until January 30, 2013. At hindi lang iyon! Park also got a working permit from the head BID chief Ricardo David Jr. on July 12, 2012 kasabay ng pag-order ng mokong na ideport si Park pabalik sa Korea? But how the hell could that be possible? Ano'ng nangyari? APPROVED ang work permit at the same time meron deportation order? I'm not sure how these Yellowtard follower does his job but I already smell incompetence.

Bakit sabi nyo? Simply because the final signatory of all documents is signed by Ricardo David Jr. So he signed the work permit of Park without THOROUGHLY running a deep background check on the applicant. Wala ba silang fingerprint record ng alien na ito? Wala din ba silang mga digital copies ng mukha ni Park? Birthcertificate, birthmarks or any other phsyical identification to distinguish him from the rest of the Koreans who have the same name?

Here in the States, the moment you enter the room, they already have ALL your records. So if anyone who can get away with fraud and falsification, I'm telling you those are not cheap and they're not amateurs.

So I think Showbiz Government has a point when they've posted a picture in FB about the wife of Ryan Castillo who is promoted immediately to immigration officer without even knowing the nature of her job. Iba talaga nagagawa ng malapit sa kusina ano? Si Chiz Escudero ba naman ang backer e talagang pasok na pasok iyon. Musta ang scotch on the rocks, pareng Chiz? In short, ang inaatupag ng chief ng BID ay ang magpasok ng mga bagong empleyado kahit na meron election ban. So much for sobriety. Sila ang nakapwesto kaya ganyan mga iyan. 

From the vantage point of my source and for the sake of officer Sacendoncillo, the reason why Park got on board a plane on March 19, 2013 is that there were NO BLACKLIST, HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS registered in their system. There were also NO WRITTEN ORDERS coming from the BID chief RICARDO DAVID himself. Much worse, there is NO PICTURE of PARK SUNG-JUN. Aba, kahit sino siguro na magaling na tao kung wala kang pwedeng mapagkilanlan doon sa koreano e pano mo mahaharang?

In short, the incompetence and negligence of Mangrobang and David is simply diverted to Sacendoncillo. 

Parang wait muna tayo ha, pag merong nagkamali lalo na kapag pasok noong NAGDAANG ADMINISTRASYON, ilaglag natin at kasuhan natin ng connivance, negligence, at iba pang administrative case na pwede nating maisampa.

Ganon ba iyon, Mangrobang at David? Ang galing ng fail safe mechanism nyo ha. It's better to catch them in the act so it can save you time and energy and come out as the heroes who arrested the "erring" officer(s).

I wonder what the Filipinos who voted for this president feels that the country is going haywire?

David by the way, despite for the clamor that he should resign, refuses. Kasi, hindi pa raw napapatunayan na me kasalanan siya. But he already issued a recommendation to DISMISS Roselle Sacendoncillo and terminate her from service. Ayon sa batas, bago magawa iyan e kailangan dumaan ka muna sa DUE PROCESS. Kung hindi naiintindihan ni David at Mangrobang ang DUE PROCESS ay ganito kasimple iyon. EVERYONE deserves and has the right to have their day in court and until proven guilty, they should be presumed innocent. E kaso, nagpa-press release na kaagad-agad kayo na nagkamali at corrupt si Sacendoncillo kaya trial publicity agad ang nangyari at nacondemn na agad yung tao.

So, are you still going to vote for the entire LIBERAL PARTY? 12-0 pa rin ba kayo? Pag ginawa nyo iyan, tapos kayong lahat! Wala na ang pipigil sa lahat ng gustuhin ng ABNORMAL nyong presidente. Supreme court nga e kung ano sabihin nung NGANGANG mama e sunod agad agad.
